Everlast Worldwide Inc., manufacturer, marketer and licensor of sporting goods and apparel under the Everlast brand name, today announced that the company had entered into a licensing agreement with Misterio del Mar S.L. of Vigo, Spain for the launch of Everlast-branded sports apparel and hats for men, women and children in Spain, Portugal and the Canary Islands. Set to debut Fall 2006, the new Everlast products will be sold through sporting goods retailers and department stores.

The high degree of consumer awareness enjoyed by the Everlast brand will facilitate the successful introduction of our apparel products into the Iberian markets.”
