Nautica Enterprises, Inc. (Nasdaq: NAUT) today announced that Don Witkowski, President of Nautica International, Inc., the Company's Nautica Men's Sportswear unit, resigned to join Michael Kors Inc. as President of Menswear. Mr. Witkowski will remain with Nautica International through May 30, 2003 and will oversee a transition during this time until a replacement is found. The Company is currently in the process of conducting an executive search.
