BOSS Woman operations to be integrated into Group headquarters
Metzingen. Within the scope of the Group's restructuring measures,
all of the BOSS Woman operations in Milan are being integrated
into the German headquarters.
The Management Board views this step as vital to the success
of the BOSS Woman brand and the simultaneous optimization of the
Group's business processes. The various phases of the integration program
will be completed no later than September 2002.
