Abercrombie & Fitch today announced that Susan J. Riley resigned as the Company's Chief Financial Officer effective April 15, 2005 for family reasons and to return to her home in New York City.
The Company has initiated a search for a successor to Ms. Riley. In the interim, Robert Singer, the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer will assume Ms. Riley's responsibilities.
