Tommy Hilfiger Corporation (NYSE: TOM – News) announced today the appointment of Bob Rosenblatt to Chief Operating Officer of Tommy Hilfiger Corporation, as well as Group President and Chief Operating Officer of Tommy Hilfiger U.S.A., Inc., the Company's principal operating subsidiary. Mr. Rosenblatt will have broad responsibility in his new role, which will include overseeing Finance, Distribution, Information Technology and E-Commerce. In addition, he will be responsible for various administrative support functions, including Legal, Facilities and Security.

Mr. Rosenblatt brings twenty-five years of experience in the retail business to the Company. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Rosenblatt was President of the U.S. division of the Home Shopping Network, with responsibility for Merchandising, Marketing, Broadcasting, E-Commerce, Finance, Cable Distribution, IT, Operations and Sales and Service. He joined the Home Shopping Network as Chief Financial Officer in 1997, and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer responsible for global operations in 2000.
Prior to this time, Mr. Rosenblatt spent 14 years with Bloomingdale's in various operating and financial positions, culminating with his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is a graduate of Brooklyn College.
