Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation today announced the promotion of Jeffrey D. Morgan to Division President, Product Licensing effective immediately. Mr. Morgan will be responsible for managing Polo Ralph Lauren's apparel and accessories licensed businesses including Chaps, Polo Jeans Co., Ralph Lauren Fragrances and Ralph Lauren eyewear. Mr. Morgan will report to Roger Farah, President and Chief Operating Officer of Polo Ralph Lauren.
Prior to the promotion, Mr. Morgan was President of Ralph Lauren Media Group where he was responsible for Polo Ralph Lauren's brand advertising operations, retail, wholesale and corporate marketing, database marketing, Internet marketing for each of the company's operating businesses and media development programs. (In a separate announcement today, David Lauren was appointed to assume Mr. Morgan's previous responsibilities.)
From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Morgan was President and Chief Executive Officer of Ralph Lauren Media LLC, a joint venture between Polo Ralph Lauren and the NBC television network. Prior to joining Polo Ralph Lauren, Jeff was the worldwide publisher of Men's Health Magazine.

Having directed the advertising and marketing for our businesses over the past four years he has a unique understanding of Ralph's vision for our brands, and of the markets and customers we serve in these important licensed areas,” said Mr. Farah.
